Exam FAQ's

Answers to questions you may have about the study sessions . . .

Question Answer
May I register and join the class after it begins?

Yes. Obviously, you'll have catch up . . . and we are here to help!

Each week we record the entire class session and publish it on this website. The page is secure and open only to enrolled students. Simply replay what you've missed.

Be assured, many students have enrolled after the coursework began . . . and succeeded in earning their certification!

What if I can’t attend all classes, but still want to register for the full 13 weeks? We highly recommend attending every class. Attending each class offers you the greatest opportunity to succeed on the certification exam.

We provide recorded sessions online. Our study and Q&A materials are available throughout the 13 weeks. We start providing them upon registration to allow flexibility in your study schedule.
Do you provide a topic outline on your website if I miss a class? Yes, we do. All materials are available online. Plus, we record each training session so you can play them back at your convenience.
Who teaches the class? Martha Bennett, president of Bennett & Associates, and ARA's Training Director, teaches our certification classes.

Martha has 17+ years of experience in relocation training and instruction. And, she has an impressive 90+ % pass rate for the last 8 years.
Does ARA provide training materials? Yes. All materials provided by ARA are available online. Initially, we provide the study questions. Then, the next week, we provide the answers to the questions during the group study session. We download the answers soon after each study session.
Does the Worldwide ERC® also provide training materials? Yes. If you have questions about what materials you need, email Martha for guidance.
  • Lock in the lowest price! Use the Worldwide ERC® online webform to register and order your source materials at the same time. VIEW HERE  Click WERC early bird registration information
  • Alternatively, ask your local relocation association if they have a copy to share.
Will you give practice tests?

Yes. The practice tests closely resemble the actual certification exam. They are given on Cram Day.
How does Cram Day work?
Cram Day training is live in Phoenix or you can connect online. CLOSED
If you live outside Arizona, don't feel obligated to fly in. Most students take the training online . . . with success!  We'll provide location and login details closer to the beginning of the classes.
