Interim President - Gabriela McMahon
Client Services Manager, Aires                        

Gabriela has been part of the relocation industry for over 15 years, joining Aires 2018. In the past Gabriela has held roles both with relocation firms and in-house corporate mobility teams, which has helped her transition to her current role where she is responsible for managing the overall relationship between the Aires team and the corporate client.

Gabriela holds GMS and CRP certifications; she speaks Spanish fluently and holds an associated degree in Business Administration. In her spare time, Gabriela likes to spend time with her husband, son and daughter.

Secretary – Karin Wiseman, CRP, GMS-T, SSGB

Head of Relocation & Assignment Management Services - Americas, Sante Fe Relocation

Is Head of Account Management & Operations – Americas for Santa Fe Relocation. Karin has been in the mobility industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Santa Fe in 2017, Karin had also held leadership positions at two, large, RMC organizations and an immigration firm. Karin has GMS-T and CRP certifications; a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds an Arizona Real Estate license.

Education Director – Morgan Snapp
Director, Strategic Business Solutions, Cartus 

For over ten years, Morgan Snapp has been a passionate leader in the Mobility Industry. After earning her degree in Business Administration and Biology from the University of Kansas, and her MBA with a focus in logistics from Bellevue University, Morgan began her career as a Relocation Consultant, helping families move across the globe. She’s since held roles in Operations Leadership, Client Relations, and Sales with Cartus. Her experiences in a variety of roles has helped her to understand how all groups collaborate to create the best experience possible for companies and their employees. Morgan is an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University, teaching supply chain and logistics for their cohort program. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys traveling with her family, skiing/snowboarding, and hiking (really anything outdoors!).

Client Relationship Manager - West, US Bank

Jessica has over 20 years of relocation management, global operations, real estate and customer service experiences. Jessica specializes in both Domestic and International business and has a passion for new technology. Jessica is a 5th generation native of Arizona and loves discovering the local hiking trails in the desert near her home in South Phoenix. Aside from spending time playing board games with her husband and two daughter's the family favorite activity is traveling the world and creating new memories together through experiences.  Jessica holds her CRP and GMS designations from the Worldwide ERC and earned her bachelor's degree in business management with the emphasis in thought leadership from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.

AVP, Client Account Manager, Chase Corporate and Institutional Lending

Lauren has been in Relocation Lending for a total of 17 years and currently holds the role as Client Account Manager for the West territory with Chase. Prior to Chase, she was a Client Relationship Manager with Citibank, as well as various other positions in Mortgage Originations. Lauren is a member of WERC along with several other Regional Relocation Groups and is CRP certified since 2014. She resides in St. Louis, MO with her two children, Kieryn and Lily.

Director of Community Service – Sheri Singa, Ph.D, SCRP, SGMS
Account Executive, Aires 

Sheri joined Aires in 2013 with 21 years of relocation industry experience. In her role, she works to find solutions to meet client needs through collaboration, partnership, and understanding their culture. Her strategic and knowledgeable consultative approach helps clients meet their mobility needs.

Sheri has earned several awards from Worldwide ERCĀ®, including Mobility Article of the Year (2009), Meritorious Service Award (2008), and the Distinguished Service Award (2010). Sheri has a broad knowledge of international cultures, having lived in 5 countries, and traveled to 43 countries. Sheri’s Ph.D. is in Intercultural Communications in International Business. She lives in Long Beach, CA.

Sara has been in the Corporate Housing industry for five years, first with a family company she helped launch and now with P.R.O.S. Corporate Housing. Sara is also a Realtor for P.R.O.S. Realty. She has a bachelor's degree from University of Delaware and currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two dogs.

Co-Marketing/Events Chair - Matt Was

Head of Mobility, Blueground

Matt is currently the Head of Mobility for Blueground and has been in the temporary/corporate housing space since 2015. He enjoys the hospitality industry, but also has a great passion in real estate and finance. Matt currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife Kristina, but loves to travel around the world and golf when we has a chance.

Co-Marketing/Events Chair - Brad Pike

Supplier Development, Relationship Manager, Graebel

Brad Pike is the Global Practice Leader for Innovation and Relationship Manager on the Supplier Development team at Graebel Companies. For the past 13 years Brad has held numerous roles within relocation from operational roles ranging from rental, homesale, international consultants and managers to Supplier Development oversight of households good, visa and immigration and corporate housing. In his current role Brad is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain on a specific segment of the business and partnering with new and existing vendors to solve for innovative solutions to meet the client’s needs. Brad is based out of Arizona and hold his CRP and GMS certifications as well as a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Corporate Chair - Staci White

Senior Global Mobility Analyst, Q2

Staci joined Q2 in May 2022 as the Senior Global Mobility Analyst with the Benefits team. She manages all company immigration matters, inbound and outbound and is a critical team member tasked with managing the Company’s internal immigration program to assure compliance with international laws and regulations.

Staci’s experience includes over 20 years of experience specializing in immigration law. Staci earned her MBA from Arizona State University in December 2007 and her BS in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Wyoming in May 1999. She serves on the Arizona Relocation Alliance Board as Corporate Chair, she is a member of the Worldwide ERC and earned her designation as a Global Mobility Specialist in 2012.

Corporate Chair - Sandy Beyer

Director, Global Mobility, Salesforce

Sandy Beyer has been an active member, speaker and contributor within the Global Mobility industry for over 15 years and holds both the GMS and CRP certifications. Fused with her work is a deep connection to wanting to create authentic opportunities for all. She is committed to this in her mobility role, as well as her work and allyship with resource groups whose mission is to support visible / invisible disabilities and underrepresented minorities. In her current role at Salesforce, Sandy is focused on policy design and program development.


Website/Communications Chair - Katie Rudnick

CRP, Account Executive, PNC Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending

Katie has 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 19 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is an Account Executive for PNC Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West and Mountain regions where she was awarded their Chairman's Circle recognition. She started her career with 15 years at Bank of America where she worked at almost every level of the mortgage origination process before becoming a VP, Client Relations Manager. Katie is an active member of WERC and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and remains an avid Ducks fan. She remains in Oregon with her husband and two children, Brandon and Ellie.

For over twenty years, Mary (LaRocca) Corrales has been a passionate leader in the Mobility Industry. After earning her degree in English Literature from Arizona State University, Mary began her career as a Relocation Counselor, helping companies move their employees across the globe. She’s held functions in Customer Service and Sales on the Relocation Management Company side with Prudential, BGRS and Cornerstone Relocation Group. Recently, Mary has explored her interest in hospitality by joining Synergy Global Housing in 2020 as Director of Global Business Development. In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga and supporting The New York Yankees.
