- Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the meeting date will be refunded. A $10.00 USD processing fee may apply.
- Refunds will not be made after seven (7) days prior to the event or for no-shows to the event.
- Cancellations must be in writing to info@aratoday.org. We do not accept phone calls.
- In lieu of canceling, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks after the meeting to receive your refund.
