ARA invites you to a Virtual Kickboxing class on Tuesday, 8/25 at 8:00am PST. We've received a great response from our "Get Moving with ARA" series and hope you enjoy this one as well. Details are shown below with a link to registration.

John was born in Laos, a small country near Thailand. When he was a child, his family moved to a suburb outside of Paris, France where he spent his youth. John came to the US when he was twelve years old and completed high school in Corpus Christi, Texas. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1997 from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He moved to Phoenix in 2001 and currently works as an Avionics Engineer for a local aerospace company.

John trained in Taekwon-Do and during college became involved with the Taekwon-Do Federation, eventually earning his black belt before graduation. He worked as the Taekwon-Do Senior Instructor for four years before moving to Phoenix. After relocating to Phoenix, John earned his AFAA kickboxing certification and he has been teaching cardio kickboxing since 2003.

John founded CardioKicks4U to promote physical fitness through cardio kickboxing. This workout may incorporate boxing, martial arts, and high-intensity interval training for a full-body workout.
